Manatee Cufflinks (cuff links) handmade from up-cycled vintage 1960s Republic of Niger postage stamps, sterling silver, and jeweler's grade pine based resin - a one of a kind pair. The stamps set in these cufflinks were first issued in by the Republic of Niger in 1962. They feature a Dugong - the West African cousin of the Manatee.
